300 WINS FOR APRILIA RACING

The most prosperous European manufacturer in the history of the FIM Grand Prix World Championship is Aprilia Racing.

Sunday, October 19, 2025 With Raúl Fernández's victory on his Aprilia RS-GP25 marking a historic milestone: its 300th victory in the FIM Grand Prix World Championship, the Australian Grand Prix will always be recognised in the history of the Noale-based Manufacturer.

This record becomes even greater significance since it establishes the Factory from Noale at the centre of the sport's history and validates Aprilia as the most successful European manufacturer in Grand Prix racing history. These outcomes have given Aprilia Racing a fan base whose fervour and heritage are simply unparalleled.

Aprilia's triumphant tale encompasses all the eras of the sport and the majority of Grand Prix racing categories, including 125cc, 250cc, and MotoGP. Loris Reggiani's victory in the 250cc class in 1987 marked the first of Aprilia's 300 victories. The first significant milestone was reached in 1999 when Valentino Rossi signed victory number 100 in the intermediate class at Welkom. Mattia Pasini claimed number 200 in the 125cc class at the Sachsenring seven years later, in 2006. Raúl Fernández's achievement of number 300 today at the Phillip Island circuit ushers in a new era for the Noale-based Factory.

Valentino Rossi, the most successful Aprilia rider with 26 victories (12 in 125cc and 14 in 250cc), Max Biaggi, who has 23 triumphs in the 250cc class, and Jorge Lorenzo, who has 17 victories in the 250cc class, are among the important players in this incredible adventure.

Three hundred victories tell a truly Italian tale of the heart and soul of Aprilia Racing and the Piaggio Group. Aprilia's route is based on skill, passion, and innovation, which has witnessed the birth and development of famous champions in the history of Grand Prix racing.

MASSIMO RIVOLA

“Three hundred victories are a reward for the most successful European manufacturer of all time. But they are also a recognition of a unique brand and of all the people in Noale who have built our history and our present - even in the most demanding category, MotoGP. Three hundred victories are also a tribute to the Piaggio Group, which has allowed Aprilia Racing to become a Factory Team since 2022. Since then, year after year, Aprilia Racing has grown steadily, achieving numerous podiums and victories. This season is a testament to that growth, with the outstanding progress of Marco Bezzecchi, who best represents the spirit of this team, and with the historic milestone of Raúl Fernández, who secured Aprilia Racing’s 300th victory for the Noale Factory. This brand’s spirit makes us look to the future with great confidence and to aim for even more ambitious results.”
